HCS SB 809 -- MUNICIPAL ZONING

This bill allows cities, towns, and villages that are granted
zoning powers under Chapter 89, RSMo, to adopt by reference the
zoning regulations of the county instead of adopting their own
municipal regulations through the passage of an ordinance.
